WANDR — Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete data held by WANDR, Inc. ("WANDR"), including data connected through Google Drive, Dropbox, and advertising platforms such as The Trade Desk, Meta, Google, Amazon, TikTok, and Snap.
Disconnect an advertising account (immediate)
An organization admin or operator can open SPARK → Traffic → Connected accounts and choose Disconnect next to the platform. WANDR deletes the stored credential and account details for that platform straight away. WANDR can no longer reach that account. You can also remove WANDR's access from the platform's own settings (for example, Meta Business Settings → Integrations, or the platform's app permissions page); WANDR then stops working with that account at the next attempt.
Creative already uploaded to a platform lives in your account on that platform. Delete it there if you no longer want it.
Disconnect Google Drive or Dropbox (immediate)
Open Account setup and choose Disconnect next to Google Drive or Dropbox. WANDR revokes its access with Google or Dropbox and deletes the stored credential straight away. You can also remove WANDR at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions (Google) or https://www.dropbox.com/account/connected_apps (Dropbox). Files you already imported stay in your WANDR workspace until you delete them there or ask us to delete them. To have all data WANDR received from your Google Drive or Dropbox deleted, email privacy@wandrworkflow.studio and we will delete it within 30 days.
Delete your account or your organization's data
Email privacy@wandrworkflow.studio from the address on your WANDR account with the subject "Data deletion request". Say whether you want your personal account deleted or your whole organization's data deleted (organization requests must come from an organization owner or admin). If you signed in to WANDR through a platform such as Meta, include the name or email on that platform account so we can find it.
We confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. We will tell you when it is done.
What we delete
Your account profile and sign-in, organization memberships, connected-account credentials, and the projects, files, messages, budgets, schedules, showcases, and viewing records belonging to the account or organization you ask us to delete.
What we may keep
Records we must keep by law, such as invoices, payment and tax records, and security and audit logs, kept only as long as the law requires and then deleted. Information other organizations hold in their own WANDR workspaces about work you did with them stays with those organizations; ask them, or ask us and we will pass the request on. Backups age out on their normal schedule.
