WANDR Beta — Privacy Notice (Short) Last updated: 2026-10-16 Who we are The Beta is operated by WANDR, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("WANDR," "we"). This short notice explains how we handle personal information during the open beta. It supplements any longer privacy policy we publish later. What we collect Account information: name, email, company, role, invite/authentication details. Job and workspace data you submit: production/job details, files you upload, and related notes. This may include personal information about individuals connected to a job (for example talent, crew, or vendors) if you choose to enter it. Communications: support messages and feedback you send us. Information We Collect About How You Use WANDR We collect information about how you and your team use the Service. This includes the features and pages you use, the workflow steps you take, your settings and preferences, the searches and filters you apply, your interactions with WANDR's in-product agents (including prompts and whether you accept or reject their suggestions), and technical data such as device, browser, and log information. Text messages and mobile numbers If you give us a mobile number and agree to texts, we use it only for the two kinds of text you agreed to: one-time sign-in codes (to keep your account secure) and, if you turned them on for your listing, hire-request alerts. Hire-request alerts read, for example: "WANDR: New hire request from [Company] for [Listing]. View it at wandrworkflow.studio. Reply STOP to opt out." We send texts through our messaging provider, Twilio, which processes your number only to deliver those messages. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number, or your text-message opt-in data and consent, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Reply STOP to any message, or turn text off in your account settings or on your listing, to stop receiving texts. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase; email is always available instead. Showcase viewing activity: when someone opens a showcase link an organization shares, we record that it was opened and, for spots played in the WANDR player, how many times each spot was played, how long it was watched, and how far it got. The page tells the viewer this is shared with the sender. We do not identify the viewer beyond the link they were sent. Google and Other Connected Accounts If you connect a Google, Meta, or other third-party account, we access only the data and permissions you approve, and only to provide the features you request. WANDR's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell connected-account data, use it for advertising, include it in aggregated industry data, use it to train AI models, or allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security purposes, to comply with law, or as needed for internal operations as those policies permit. Google Drive and Dropbox You can connect your own Google Drive or Dropbox to WANDR. WANDR only accesses the files you pick and the files WANDR saves into its own WANDR folder in your Drive or Dropbox. For Google Drive, WANDR asks only for the drive.file permission. WANDR never reads, lists, or changes the rest of your Google Drive or Dropbox. We use this access only to import the files you choose into your WANDR workspace and to save WANDR files back to your WANDR folder when you ask. Your access tokens are encrypted and kept on WANDR's servers; they are never sent to your browser. Files you import are stored in WANDR cloud storage for that workspace, under the same access rules as the job's other files. Data from your Google Drive or Dropbox is never sold, never used for advertising, and not shared with third parties except the service providers needed to run this feature (for example our hosting and cloud file storage). WANDR's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. To disconnect, use the Disconnect button next to Google Drive or Dropbox in WANDR, which revokes WANDR's access. You can also remove WANDR at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions (Google) or https://www.dropbox.com/account/connected_apps (Dropbox). To have the data WANDR received from your Google Drive or Dropbox deleted, email privacy@wandrworkflow.studio and we will delete it within 30 days. Connected advertising accounts An organization can connect its own advertising accounts (for example The Trade Desk, Meta, Google Ads, Display & Video 360, Amazon Ads, TikTok, or Snap) so WANDR can upload approved creative to them. For a connected account we store only the account identifiers, a display name, and the access credential the organization provides, encrypted at rest. We send the platform only the creative the organization chooses to upload, with its name and links. We do not read, store, or use audience, user, customer, or reporting data from these platforms, and we do not create campaigns or spend. Disconnecting a platform in SPARK deletes the stored credential immediately. Data received from these platforms is used only to provide this feature to the organization that connected it, and is never sold or used for advertising. Disconnecting and Deleting Connected-Account Data You can disconnect a connected account at any time in your WANDR settings, or by revoking WANDR's access in that provider's account settings. Either way, WANDR's access ends. To delete the data we received through a connected account, email privacy@wandrworkflow.studio. We will delete it within thirty (30) days, except where the law requires us to keep it. How We Use It We use this information to provide, secure, and support the Service; to personalize your experience; and to improve the Service, including improving how WANDR's in-product agents understand requests and make recommendations. We do not use your personal information or your Customer Content to train generalized AI models. When we use third-party AI providers to run features, we require them not to use your data to train their own models. Aggregated and De-identified Industry Data We may combine information from across the Service and remove identifying details so that it no longer identifies you, your company, any individual, or any specific job, brief, or bid. We use the result to create industry insights, such as rate and budget benchmarks, brief and RFP volume and seasonality, bid win rates, talent and crew demand, vendor and location trends, production and post throughput, and pricing trends. We may publish, license, or sell these aggregated insights, including to industry analysts. When we do, we will: - maintain the information only in de-identified or aggregated form and not attempt to re-identify it; - report a figure only when it combines data from enough separate companies that no single company, person, job, or bid can be singled out or reasonably inferred; - contractually prohibit every recipient from attempting to re-identify any person or company; and - never include personal information, individual-level records, or data received from connected accounts such as Google or Meta. We Do Not Sell Personal Information WANDR does not sell or share your personal information, and does not use it for third-party advertising. Aggregated and de-identified data as described above is not personal information. Sharing We use service providers who process data for us (for example hosting and analytics) under contracts. We may disclose if required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not share Customer Content publicly as part of the Beta. Retention We keep Beta data while your access is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, legal, and operational reasons, then delete or de-identify it, unless law requires longer retention. Beta environments may be reset; do not treat the Beta as a system of record. Your Choices and Rights You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or close your account, by emailing privacy@wandrworkflow.studio or through your account settings. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights, and we will not discriminate against you for using them. To request deletion, you can also follow the steps at wandrworkflow.studio/data-deletion. If you uploaded someone else's information, you are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required notices. Children The Beta is not directed to children under 16 (or under 13 where that is the applicable standard). Do not upload information about children unless you have a lawful basis and we have agreed in writing. Contact privacy@wandrworkflow.studio or legal@wandrworkflow.studio; WANDR, Inc., 322 Mason Street, Healdsburg, CA 95448. This notice may change; we will post updates in the Beta or notify users when material changes apply to the Beta.
